Project Description
The customer was experiencing product wastage when the sensitive granules were melting inside the tank when the tank was suffering from excessive surface heat from the sun. The proposed solution protects the cold granules during the warm season and by avoiding the excessive heating up of the bulk tank surface.
Coating Solution
After cleaning the truck was coated with SUPER THERM (400μ WFT / 250μ DFT) to prevent outside heat penetration. A top coat of ENAMO GRIP CLEAR was then used to offer the tank a protective layer and give the truck a glossy finish.
